Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company namely “Nupur Recyclers Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated January 22nd, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana bearing registration no 344788. Further, Our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 20th, 2021. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on October 06th 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Nupur Recyclers Private Limited” to “Nupur Recyclers Limited”.


Nupur Recyclers Limited (NRL) is a leading company in the field of trading, and casting non-ferrous metal scraps such as shredded Zinc scraps, Zinc die-cast scraps, Zurik scrap, and Aluminium Zorba grades. We recycle non-ferrous metal scrap to make quality products for our end customers. NRL is a strong believer in innovation, research, and development. We have made significant investments towards the same, especially in the field of sustainable recycling, to ensure that green technologies are developed and deployed.


Our Mission

Our mission is to deploy sustainable technology to process raw material that reduces carbon footprints to lower than the legally and socially acceptable limits. Aatmanirbhar or being self-sufficient is a clarion call from the Prime Minister. To become Aatmanirbhar in the true sense we need to enhance our recycling capacity. We at NRL are committed to the same by enhancing our recycling capacity through adopting technology and digitalisation, strengthening people-practices, increasing the supplier and customer bases.
